We are a commercial horse and hay transporter (and the occasional dog/livestock) based in the Cariboo serving the Northern Interior and beyond as noted below. Our equipment is Government inspected annually, commercially licensed and insured, with a professional Class 1 driver and your choice of standing or box stalls in our new 7/8 horse centre load trailer.
Our trailer is warmblood height at 7'9", fully convertible into 6 single standing stalls plus 1 large box stall or a configuration of various box stalls - in fact, many combinations. A tack room is available if a small amount of equipment needs to be moved with the horse.
The trailer is fully insulated for your horse's comfort in both summer heat and winter cold and padded for comfort and safety with a full air ride suspension system. This system provides a smoother, quieter ride, ensuring reduced fatigue for its passengers. The full width low angle rear ramp and low angle side ramp provides those cautious loaders with a more open and safer approach.
We also have a 30 foot flat deck trailer (15,000 lb. cargo capacity) for hauling hay, feed such as mini bags, equipment such as fence poles and panels, throughout the regions mentioned below.
Local service is provided plus long distance anywhere in British Columbia to the Southern Interior, the Okanagan, the Lower Mainland including Vancouver, plus Northern BC and Alberta. If transportation is required for distances further afield, such as any Province further east than Alberta or to the United States, I have established excellent relationships/partnerships with other carriers which translates into increased service possibilities for my customers.
I have held a Class 1 professional drivers' licence for 30 years with a clean drivers' abstract (driving record).
As noted on my "About" page, I have over 35 years equine experience so am well versed in horse handling and safety practices.
We will not deliver horses to meat processing plants or to auctions where meat buyers may purchase animals.
I provide Care, Custody & Control Insurance for your horse while it is in my care. However, this insurance only provides coverage for your horse if I am found negligent and if the lack of care results in a fatality up to a provable $25,000 per horse.
If you wish insurance for all liability or eventualities, for example, your horse suffers an illness or fatal heart attack while in my care, you must purchase your own insurance coverage.
